There is a lot a fight to get 20 ratings, but this would not be so much of an issue if everyone was better at given 20 ratings and give 20 games feedback. If you are in a team I would expect everyone in the team to rate and give feedback to 20 games. It's not much to do, and you have a lot of time to play the games.

And remember to rate the games that needs more ratings and feedback.
