Progress is slow but steady. The surgery is definitely taking it's toll on my productivity but we have the basic outline in place. Our idea is Cooking Mana, inspired by the cooking mama games, you complete various minigames to summon each of the creatures. We have very basic implementations of the minigames for our Geode character done.
