Going back on my post history, I haven't posted an "I'm In" since LD53, which was one of the two times I jumped ship from my terrible game ideas to help @shreemp with his.

To be honest, after that my mental health basically collapsed. I participated in some LD slaughters and tried to participate in LD55 w/ shreemp (I got taken out by the theme sucks + I had the flu, all on top of the terrible mental health :skull:) but I haven't posted a legitimate "I'm In" hype post since then. But my mental health has been a lot better this year since I've been able to start medically transitioning, and my creativity has improved significantly with the lessened weight of dysphoria & depression. Even looking back at my old posts I can see game ideas for themes I previously rated as horrible, although I still stand by my ratings lol.

So this time the goal is to make a friggin game for once!!! And not just alone, but going in w/ shreemp from the start! I KNOW we make a good team and I'm tired of my dumb little brain holding me back so this post is for hyping myself up and holding myself accountable :muscle: I don't care what the theme will be, try me universe!!! I will LITERALLY punch god to make this LD happen!!!

Other than Godot 4 and beepbox, tools are up in the air since it's gonna be a team effort haha.

now on to the unsolicited advice time!

• Update your computer! Or even just give it a reboot for funsies to make sure everything's running smoothly!
• Update your browser(s)!
• Update your game engine if you're using one and it isn't one you made yourself!
• Godot users who just updated: GET THOSE EXPORT TEMPLATES!!!
