I got 52 comments that were quite positive, but in the end, I got a medium rating in all categories... I'd really be interested to get more data on the vote. For each rater (anonymously) the rating in each category and if the rater let a comment. To get more insight on how to improve (like stats of you receiving a poor overall with people that rated audio poorly, for instance).

I remain convinced that to get a good rating, you should aim for just above a 20 rating, you can get lucky with a subset of nice raters and avoid people who randomly or hastily rate to get their game more rates.

It might appear sour, but in the end, the grade doesn't really matter, commenting and receiving comments is what I love in Ludum Dare. 56 lilypad is one of my favorite entries I made so far. I loved almost all the game I had the chance to play, and the comments I got.
