I truly can't believe what just happened—I managed to publish in time!

Disclaimer: this is my first Compo and only my second ever LD (and during the first one, I didn’t even manage to complete the game).

Just 6 hours ago, I had a totally different game. I realized the game loop wasn’t fun or interesting, and I still had tons of work left to make the game functional. I considered opting out of the Compo and switching to the Jam instead just to be able to deliver something.

But then something happened, an Idea on how to save my game popped into my mind. I'm not sure if it was the caffeine, adrenaline, or divine intervention—but not only did I finish and publish the game, I actually think it's fun!

This has been such a rollercoaster of emotions. I really enjoyed the process, and I’m so glad the Jam went ahead. I’m super thankful to have participated. :)
