Are we aloud to use our own framework?

I was just wandering if i can use my framework if it was made before the Jam,

or do we have to make all of the code from scratch?

If you’re doing the jam: Do what you like.

You don’t have to make your framework open-source (i.e., according to the OSI definition). You also don’t have to provide source code or link to it before the game starts. You don’t have to make it available to anyone else. This makes sense—you don’t have to provide the source code to Unity, either, so why would you have to provide source code to your own framework?
