First, I have moved from rendering in swing to lwjgl (OpenGL) and I am working on a DirectX renderer as well (Swing will still be an option though). Next, I have added sound support, no need for external libraries. And third, video support, you can now load and play videos from within the engine. NOTE: This is just an announcement, links will be ready when I have the Tutorials for creating a game in the engine finished, also I will release a game(Also open source) along with the engine so you may see what the engine is capable of.
