Have a quick question about the theme. Can we have multiple levels (as long as the entire level is displayed on one screen), or is it just one screen period where no elements (levels) can be loaded?

There are no particular rules about this, you just want to make it fit the theme. If your only tie to the theme was that someone was playing it on a monitor, some people might think that was a bit crummy, but if you tie it into the theme well enough, then it should be fine.
