We are two people cooperating to do the Jam thing (It’s our first one, too, and it’s a shame you can’t work as a team for the compo ). Here’s the tools at our disposal of which we may use all, some or almost none:

Graphics: GIMP, Blender, Inkscape

Programming: C/C++

Sound/Music: still needs to be figured out…

There might be a stream of the programming and (less likely) of the art, as our programmer has the more powerful PC and is hogging it.
