Is it ok to use picture of Mona Lisa in my game during LD? Or should I paint here myself if I want to use her?

The Mona Lisa is considered public domain. Go ham :)

It depends. If you are doing the 72 hour jam you are free to use public domain imagery and other free assets. If you are doing the more strict 48 hour competition, you must create all you assets during those 48 hours, in which case you would need to recreate the image and do so during the competition time.
