Meh!
Well I got a
few hours into development and figured out that the fun element wasn’t quite there with my idea. So I’m stopping development now and doing other things with my weekend!
The plan was to use the Connected Worlds theme somewhat literally, by having you control the Earth and being connected to the Moon via gravity. You must use your gravitational pull to pull the Moon through mazes full of obstacles, pinball bumpers, and other things I didn’t end up implementing.
Here’s a quick gif of the game in action:
I implemented some things during the short development that might be of interest to Fusion 2.5 developers (source code download below):
1) Use a Sub-Application as a custom-shaped draggable window
2) Find the physical on-screen angle between an object in one window and the center of a draggable Sub-Application
3) Simple usage of the built-in physics objects
4) An “obstacle fancifier” that finds Backdrop Obstacle objects in a grid and pastes fancy, linking graphics on top of it. You’ll see what I mean when you look at the frame editor vs the actual game
The game as it stands can be downloaded here, along with Fusion 2.5 source code:

Good luck with your games everyone 😀
Oh and let me know if you end up using my source code for anything! I’d love to see your creations ^_^
