Cloud9 will serve as my IDE and test server.<\/p>\n <p>Image Creation: Paint.NET!<\/p>\n <p>Audio: Bsfx, Sfxr, Audacity, and\/or Audiotool.com, depending on the game I make.<\/p>\n <p>Level Design: Tiled Map Editor (www.mapeditor.org) for level creation, along with lots of pencils and paper and both physical and virtual game pieces to plan things out.<\/p>\n <p>Other: Dropbox and\/or Google Drive for hosting and file storage, Steam and the World Wide Web for distractions, a variety of randomizers for inspiration (including\u00a0seventhsanctum.com and\u00a0http:\/\/orteil.dashnet.org\/gamegen), and a number of humans to bounce ideas off of.<\/p>\n <p>I&#8217;ll try to be a lot more active with posting updates this time, and hopefully using an engine I&#8217;m actually somewhat familiar with this time will make this LD easier.<\/p>","time":"August 22nd, 2014 3:34 pm","title":"Ready for LD30"}
