I don&#8217;t necessarily post the video, but if you set the capture increment to something like 30 seconds it can give you a good rough estimate about how long different sections are taking to create.  Looking over some of my previous entries made me realize how much time some simple things like user interfaces take for me to create and how some new tools in those areas help the overall presentation.
