Just curious, this idea may come in handy in my game
I was having some ideas on what kind of game i could do to this LD, which is going to be my first (wish me luck!), so it came in my mind that an easy to do, and well recieved game i could [censored idea =D]. To do that, i would need a mySQL connection outside of the game, and all i wanted to know was: am i allowed to connect the finished game to a database in my web domain? And if i am, do i need to include the code i used to return values from the DB?
Help is appreciated.

Sure – why shouldn’t you be allowed to use your database? And yes, if you’re doing the compo, all code needs to be included. (You can and should leave username/passwords strings etc. empty though.)

Pity you didn’t hand it in, you managed to pick my curiosity. What did you plan to do?
