I consider my first Ludum Dare to be successful, even though I did not finish in time to make a submission. Despite not reaching most of my goals, I consider this a valuable learning experience and an indicator of what I need to aim for and how hard I need to work next time.

Being a high school student with a rather small amount of programming experience (I have only been doing real game development for about 3 months), it was not easy for me to program as time-efficiently as I would have liked (and it doesn’t help that I have absolutely no art skills). I will make sure to be prepared for the next Ludum Dare so that I can manage my time better and reach my goals.

I would like to thank the Ludum Dare community for inspiring me and making this all possible in the first place.
