I was going to take part back in 2011, but that didn’t happen. \u00a0Thankfully, I finally had time to devote, this time around. \":)\" \u00a0\u00a0With a\u00a0theme like “Beneath the Surface”, naturally I immediately thought of chest-bursters from Aliens<\/em>.<\/p>\n

And then my mind drifted to whack-a-mole. \u00a0And then they merged together: Chestburster Whack-a-Mole.<\/em>\u00a0 And so my first real solo jam journey began. \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n

You’re a doctor. You have a big Medical Hammer\u2122. Injured Marines are dropped from the frickin’\u00a0ceiling (?!) onto the bio-bed. \u00a0If they’re clean, they’re beamed back onto the battlefield.\u00a0<\/span>If they’re infected, you SMASH THEM with your ridiculous\u00a0hammer before they jump out and kill you.<\/p>\n

And that’s about it. It’s just a goofy arcade game. \u00a0It’s also quite INCOMPLETE. There’s plenty of BUGS (including one where you don’t properly die<\/em> when you’re supposed to and no more marines are beamed in…and you just idle there, wondering what’s going on). \u00a0 But I got most of what I’d hoped to accomplish in there. I’ll throw down some polish on it soon. \u00a0Third-party credit list on the way.<\/p>\n
