\n Simply draw your “raw” painting in any drawing program<\/strong> you want (I personally use Inkscape) in any color<\/strong> (the color will be ignored<\/strong>) on a transparent background<\/strong> – so MS Paint won’t work:(. Keep a margin<\/strong> around the image so the neoneffect doesn’t look cropped. Then open that image in GIMP. Go to Filter<\/strong>->Alpha to logo<\/strong>->Neon <\/strong>and there you go!
\n If you want to see something made using this effect, take a look at neon subsurface<\/a> and make sure to play<\/strong> and rate<\/strong> it, too.<\/p>\n
