Howdy fellow developers!

I didn’t post the Day 2 Recap yesterday, mainly becuase I was exhausted and decided to instead get a bit more sleep to help me give it my best in the final day of this Ludum Dare.

A short parenthesis here: TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!! And I am really excited spending it, developing my very first video game. But enough about me, let’s talk Team Java and game stuff, right?

Yesterday was another full and thrilling day for the members of Team Java. We found a great place to work in, since my father decided to give us the offices of his Taxi Agency to work in (we really owe him a huge thank you for that generous move on his behalf, huh?). Some of us couldn’t make it there due to the great distance and due to the insanely bad weather (at some point we thought it was raining cats and dogs for real). But Team Java’s spirit didn’t wane and we found ourselves working hard and making a deep meaningful story that exploits the theme of the competition, designing the levels and developing the game’s core and map generation, the inputs and the A.I, along with our combat system.

(Here’s the hardworking Team Java in their Base of Operations)

However, fortune decided to challenge us once more by imposing upon us a mutitude of consecutive Power Outages, which most probably have been caused by the same bad weather that obstructed our members from getting to yesterday’s HQ. But once again Team Java didn’t give up and as soon as power came back up, we continued working with great fervor (much epicness, such courage, wow)!

!["IMG_20140427_210101"]("http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/IMG_20140427_210101.jpg")
