Most of the changes today have been under the hood, tidying up a lot of the more horrible aspects of the code and fixing loads of memory issues. We’re now in a state where we can easily add things to the game, and that’s what we’ve started working on now. We should be able to get something fun out over this day.

The shadows of what once were

Firstly, I implemented a memory of what you’d seen before. Sadly, this is blue rather than dark grey if your terminal doesn’t support 256 colours. Now we can get on with adding more mobs and items, and hopefully have something fun.

April 27th, 2014 7:40 pm
Still with no name, day 2 of the roguelike!"}
