I’m a lecturer at Southampton Solent University, we opened our game development rooms for our students to participate (between 09:00 to 16:00 Saturday and Sunday) and I was there to supervise. Whilst helping the\u00a0students with their own Ludum Dare Game Jam Entries, I decided to have a little play myself and enter the competition.<\/p>\n

I’ve gotten a bit rusty with my coding, due to marking and writing course content\u00a0for the degree\u00a0so it was great to be coding (almost)\u00a0solidly\u00a0again!<\/p>\n

It’s tough bouncing between working on your own stuff and helping\u00a0the coders plus\u00a0having my art\u00a0being mocked by the artists in the room in the room, but in between I came up with this..<\/p>\n

Oh S**T! A Shark!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The goal is to keep the shark (on or under the island haven’t decided which) to avoid it eating the swimmers. It plays better on Android but the windows version runs quite well too<\/p>\n
