I’m in; this is gonna be ridiculous.  Not even bothering with a tool list at the moment, since my plan is to use everything available, but the most important one will probably be Unity.  At the moment I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to make a soundtrack within the compo rules.  Might be a whole lot of whistling, humming and clapping.  This could get weird.  Actually, scratch that—this will be weird.
