Frankly, I have little idea of how to prepare. As this is my first Ludum Dare, I thought I should try to do at least some preparation. Perhaps if I&#8217;d spent more time preparing to prepare, I&#8217;d have more of an idea of how to prepare. At least I know for next time.<\/p>\n <p>So far my preparation has consisted of two things:-<\/p>\n <ol>\n <li>Deciding what I will me making a game in<\/li>\n <li>Setting up an empty git repository<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <p>I will be making my game in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.haxeflixel.com\" target=\"_blank\">HaxeFlixel<\/a>. This was originally a port of the popular AS3 <a href=\"http:\/\/flixel.org\" target=\"_blank\">Flixel<\/a> library to the cross-platform <a href=\"http:\/\/haxe.org\" target=\"_blank\">Haxe<\/a> programming language.
