In this LD I’m planning to use:

• Language: HTML/Javascript
• Engine: CreateJS
• Editor: SublimeText 3 <3
• Graphics: Inkscape and Gimp
• Audio: Audacity, bfxr, an old mic, voice and guitar

I will also use a library I’m developing for CreateJS, called Creatine. It is a baby yet but there is some useful features such as scene, transitions, and layout manager. I’m sharing Creatine here:
