I decided to enter my first Ludum Dare! \u00a0I’ve never finished a single game before so I am hoping to get something more or less playable. \u00a0It is going to be tough as I really dont have much time to do this, don’t really know what I am doing, and I was concerned at the theme(s) as, although pretty rich, they actually didn’t give me much specific direction like say “You only get one” did.<\/p>\n
Anyway, despite that I’ve decided to riff on ‘conspiracy’ and ‘scheme’ and have come up something very vaguely based on the Gun Powder Plot<\/a>. \u00a0The general idea is that you’re Fawkes and you need to blow up the King in a 2D top-down city + Box2D style stuff. \u00a0I’ve got a great vision in my mind about what it is going to look like but I suspect it will fall really shot as this is my first entry!<\/p>\n Will get some screenshots up when I’ve got something interesting to show.<\/p>","time":"January 11th, 2014 2:41 am","title":"First Ludum Dare entry!"}
