Well, I’ve been in about 4 Ludum Dares and am still hungry for more. This time I’ll be using :

-Blitzmax + Minib3d

-Aseprite

-PXtone

-Sfxr

-My own custom tilemap editor (http://www.blitzbasic.com/Community/posts.php?topic=101901)

I have no idea what I’m going to be doing, so I may use some different tools as well.

And incorporating one of the themes will be kind of difficult.
