First time Jamming for me, leading a team of five people (+me). Two artists and three coders, and me being the person who does everything that is needed and keeps things (and people ;)) in check, and perhaps does some sounds for the game.

We’re using XNA for the game and Photoshop for graphics, sounds might be done using ProTools.
