My First Game Jam

So, yeah.

I guess I’m’m going to be entering the Ludum Dare for the first time in my life. I just have a few questions before i Begin.

Am I allowed to use public domain art libraries to put images on my game? obviously with improved time I would make these myself.

I think so, but you have to remember that the original artist owns the rights to their images.

Yes, but you have to be in the Jam, not the Compo.

Ok, so I can enter the Jam?

Would I be able to produce two games, one for the Jam and one for the compo?

You can probably do that if you wanted. It is not really suggested. But as long as you follow the rules of the Jam you are definitely following the rules of the compo and can enter the 48 hour version to the Jam and the 72 hour version to the compo?
