With very little time to spare!

“Speedster” is a platformer where you have 10 seconds to clear each level. Probably the least creative application of the theme, but I did manage to create a pretty complete game. There’s sound effects, music, and even a tiny bit of animation. My goal was to make a platformer with some Street Fighter and Tekken moves to spice things up. I managed to get dashing and air dashing in there but not much else.

Not sure if this game will be worth working on more in the future but I learned a ton of things from working on it. This is my third completed game, first platformer and first ever game made with Game Maker. Game Maker is commonly derided but you can’t beat it for quickly putting a lot of crap on the screen.
