I’m making this post to announce that I will be participating in my first LD event later this month (LD #27).\u00a0 I’m very excited to be able to contribute to someone else’s game and make the experience of playing that game a very enriching and rewarding one.<\/p>\n
Here’s the catch:\u00a0 my main specialty is audio.\u00a0 My goal is to provide incredible music and sound effects for your game.\u00a0 I’ve done a small amount of “think tank” tasks (such as coming up with ideas for how the game should go) in the last game jam that I participated in, but my main focus will be audio.\u00a0 If you have a game that needs some good music and sound effects, please let me know.\u00a0 (To make it fair for everyone, I’ll work with you on your project on a “first-come-first-serve” basis since I’m not sure how many responses I’ll get for this.)\u00a0 Check out my works so far at www.jmcmillenmusic.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n I’m currently using Logic Express and various sound fonts to make my music.<\/p>\n I live in Austin, so I’m not sure if anyone is getting together in Austin for LD #27.\u00a0 (I’m waiting to hear back from some friends of mine who go to UT to see if they’re getting together for this.)\u00a0 If so, I’d like to work with you in person.\u00a0 Let me know where we’re going to be, and I’m good to go.<\/p>\n Good luck to everyone who’s participating in LD #27!<\/p>\n Sincerely,<\/p>\n Jeff McMillen<\/p>","time":"August 9th, 2013 3:12 pm","title":"Count me in!"}
