We have started.

we are currently working with 2 persons on a multiplayer RTS hybrid. soon the third person will join to do our 3d moddeling.
luckily we have a summer break and lots of time. we will create the project in Unity 3D.

and we will be using the following software:

Maya
Visual Studio
MonoDevelop
Word
node.js – maybe
