I learned a lot about thinking realistically about the scope of your project. Originally, I wanted my game to have a cool dynamic lighting engine, but I spent so much time trying to figure that out (and failing) that I had to rush just to finish a simple shooter.<\/p>\n <p>Next LD I&#8217;ll use JavaScript instead of Processing, and vote for a weekend that works for me. This time it wasn&#8217;t a great weekend to do it <img src=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/frownie.png\" alt=\":(\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/><\/p>\n <p>I won&#8217;t win anything, as I&#8217;ve gotten a lot of negative feedback about the way the game feels and it&#8217;s a pretty simple game anyways, but it was fun.<\/p>\n <p>Looking forward to see what everyone won, and see you all next Ludum Dare \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n <p>-Cheezey<\/p>","time":"May 18th, 2013 1:46 pm","title":"Meh"}
