FuzzYspoON even though I don’t really care for scores in this one I can’t completely agree with you.

For better or worse ones that “win” at this community get more publicity, and publicity is one of currencies of today.

The post you linked is the reason you need 20+ votes to be ranked. So yes, I’d say things are fixed now.
