Less – a sentimental point-and-click puzzle game
Hi guys, Tom here. I’m working with Brice on our Jam entry, Less, a sentimental point-and-click puzzle game. Brice is working on the code and music, and I’ll be doing the graphics and writing. I’m really new to (non-pixel) graphics and game writing, and it’s Brice’s first time working on music, so this has been quite an interesting experience for both of us so far!
In this game, the protagonist reminisces about his past while removing objects from his room. Each object induces nostalgia in the protagonist, but with a twist: you can choose which item relates to which memory! The ending you get will depend on which objects you linked to each memory. Remember that time you gave your wife flowers? Perhaps you’ll have a great future with her. Or do you remember the time you gave her a trash can instead? Maybe she was offended by that…
Keep an eye open for our game when we submit it on Monday! We’re really looking forward to playing your games!
