Now that I am officially in, and had the chance to mull over what I platform I was going to write for  here is a deceleration of tools

Doing a PC thing so standard PC stuff it is

EGSL for for EZ glue (standard SDL stuff), LUA for language, GIMP, Inkscape, Notepad ++, BFXR

nothing too crazy, just a standard basic make a game in 48 hours lua setup

Other options I mulled over were MS-DOS Qbasic, AppleII, Classic Mac, and Atari 2600…

I enjoy coding retro much more, but I need a complete for LD, its been a while, and I can crank out some lua
