SFXR and/or BFXR + audacity for sounds.

LMMS + audacity for music.

GameMaker:Studio Professional for game engine, pixel art, and other things.

GIMP for further image editing and creation.

I might stream, I might not.  Depends on what I feel like doing and the theme.
