So, this is what we will be using, mostly:<\/p>\n <p>-Actual game making and programing: Game Maker 8.1 Standard<\/p>\n <p>-Art: Photoshop, Gimp, Paint, paint.NET<\/p>\n <p>-Sound\/Music: sfxr, bfxr, Audacity and possibly a certain DS homebrew\/game whose name I forgot<\/p>\n <p>Other than that I may use Matt&#8217;s Game Maker Grandma Engine code as reference\/base (if interested you can get it here:\u00a0 http:\/\/forums.tigsource.com\/index.php?topic=5790.0\u00a0 the dude that made also made some nice games which you should check out). I was planning on finish learning Lua&#8217;s 2D game development API, LOVE, but I didn&#8217;t have enough time to do so so I&#8217;ll leave it for another project.
