I&#8217;m pretty happy with the result though as a proof of concept.<\/p>\n <p>Although it looks similar to my previous Android game <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=se.anyro.breakin\">Breakin<\/a>, the code I used is actually from <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=se.anyro.snr\">Swipe n Roll<\/a>, since I wanted to use <a href=\"http:\/\/libgdx.badlogicgames.com\/\">Libgdx<\/a>.<\/p>\n <p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/2012\/12\/17\/breakin-2\/breakin2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-213542\"><img class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-213542\" alt=\"breakin2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/breakin2-300x199.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/breakin2-300x199.png 300w, http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/breakin2-550x365.png 550w, http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/breakin2.png 890w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n <p>It&#8217;s mainly made for Android and you can install it by <a href=\"http:\/\/anyro.se\/files\/ld25\/breakin2.apk\">downloading the apk<\/a>\u00a0on your phone. I haven&#8217;t published it on Google Play yet.\u00a0You can also try the <a href=\"http:\/\/anyro.se\/files\/ld25\/breakin2.jar\">desktop version<\/a>\u00a0(Java).<\/p>\n <p>Random thoughts about the game:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>People seem to like the basic idea so far.<\/li>\n <li>It&#8217;s too difficult when there are only a few tiles left. This could be solved by letting the last ones explode by themselves or just provide more balls.<\/li>\n <li>Perhaps gain one point for each tile removed and loose one point for each ball you loose.<\/li>\n <li>It&#8217;s a good start but I&#8217;m not sure I&#8217;m going to finish it.<\/li>\n <li>No goats<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <p>Anyway, I had a good time developing it and enjoyed the competition together with the other developers who gathered at Goo Technologies in Stockholm.<\/p>\n <p>&nbsp;<\/p>","time":"December 17th, 2012 12:01 pm","title":"Breakin 2"}
