So if i use SiON (http://www.libspark.org/wiki/keim/SiON_e) and I get some track data  from http://mmltalks.appspot.com/ , can I still participate in compo or I must to go to jam ?

According to rules , I am encouraged to use all kind of generators , so logically I can participate in compo.
