I wrote a simple sprite sheet previewer for an artist that is collaborating with me (in LD25), I don’t know if there are a lot of those around but the main idea was to brush up on some programming before Ludum Dare 25 starts

Guide:

Run SSPreviewer.exe (NOT the .swf, it will crash when opening a sprite sheet)
Set the frame width and frame height
Set what frames you want to play (loop)
Set what FPS you want your animation to play
Set background if you are touchy
Press OK! Done!
