So, I have figured out my windows 8 problems, and will be using vista for coding. YAY 😐

I will be using the following things:

Coding: Visual C# 2010 express w/ XNA 4.0 Edit: I will use Visual Studio 2010 Professional 90-day Trial 😀

Graphics: Paint.NET

Sound Effects: sfxr

Music: Probably Fruity Loops

I will be making a library right now that will handle basic input and output, If I have time I will make it gamepad compatible.
