{"author_name":"csanyk","cat":"LD #24","comments":[],"epoch":1347249180,"likes":0,"metadata":{"p_key":"51477","p_author":"csanyk","p_authorkey":"10473","p_urlkey":"87170","p_title":"7th time\u2019s the charm\u2026","p_cat":"LD #24","p_event":"LD24","p_time":"1347249180","p_likes":"0","p_comments":"0","p_status":"UPD5","us_key":"10473","us_name":"csanyk","us_username":"\/author\/csanyk\/","event_start":"1345766400","event_key":"12","event_name":"LD24"},"text":"<p>I&#8217;ve now published my 7th enhancement revision to <a title=\"Karyote by Chris Sanyk\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/ludum-dare-24\/?action=preview&amp;uid=10473\">Karyote<\/a>.<\/p>\n <p>A lot of bugs have been squashed, not much in the way of new features, but the game is starting to take the shape that I had wanted it to have all along. \u00a0Now that I have the code I&#8217;ve written so far more or less bug-free, I am getting close to being ready to add the final features that I wanted the game to have. \u00a0This makes me happy, because it&#8217;ll mean I can put down this project and work on some other ideas that I&#8217;ve been wanting to play with. \u00a0It&#8217;s been interesting toying around with different mathematical models controling the game mechanics and figuring out what works best. \u00a0I&#8217;m not entirely sure that I&#8217;d call my game successful, it feels like it needs something more, still. \u00a0But I do feel like it&#8217;s been a worthwhile experiment at this point.<\/p>","time":"September 9th, 2012 10:53 pm","title":"7th time\u2019s the charm\u2026"}
