The different things interacts to have a changing landscape. Each cell can have 3 generation levels, that consume more resources.<\/p>\n <p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/2012\/08\/27\/food-chain-not-this-time\/food-chain_native_49_4498\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-175619\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-175619 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/food-chain_native_49_4498.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/food-chain_native_49_4498-200x300.png 200w, http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/food-chain_native_49_4498.png 256w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 256px) 100vw, 256px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n <p>The player lays basic green cells on the map, and it let them evolve from there.<\/p>\n <p>The basics of the game went quite smoothly but the balance is <em>way<\/em> more difficult to achieve than what I initially envisioned.<\/p>\n <p>I&#8217;m still planning to finish it post-LD, and share it with you.<\/p>\n <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n <p>&nbsp;<\/p>","time":"August 27th, 2012 5:59 am","title":"Food Chain : Not this time\u2026"}
