Some gameplay elements

Genetic algorithm
Player will have the ability to mate with other beings in the world, producing offspring that will automatically become the player. Each new offspring will have inherited abilities as well as possible mutations.

Graphical style?
Little white circle dude for player and beings
Each being will have items on them corresponding to special abilities

Items?
Swimming trunks – Swimming
Cape – Flying – Cape
Little handheld teleporting device – Teleportation
