yeah, my game aint gonna be in 3d…
ok, so now i confirmed it, unless you know how to fluently use 3-d with gamemaker, i wont do it, im not gonna make my game in 3-d
3 reasons why:
1.modeling would take FOREVER
2.lag
3.even if i did know how to make 3-d,it would be a PAIN to program with it, thats why im not even gonna bother.
besides, the last guy who won last year dident even BOTHER with 3-d, he just made an illusion.
sorry, but its too hard,
mabye if i find a good engine…then ill try harder…
otherwise ill have to “barrow” scripts

Unity is good with 3D, but it’s very different from Game Maker. I’ve done some OK 3D with Game Maker, but it’s very involved, and takes an hour or so just to set up, let alone set up cameras and models and stuff. Game Maker is designed for 2D, so just stick with that.
