Do you want to enter the competition or just enter the more leisure Jam? I am not one hundred percent sure about it since I am new myself, but if you want to enter the competition, you should add some more information, like the tools you will be using (Programming Language, IDE, Art/Sound Tools, etc.) and if you will be using your own or open source code libraries. For the Jam, rules aren’t that strict and you have more time. Just look up the “Rules and Guide” page from the top-menu.

You basically just need to say the tools your are using and let people know whether you are in the Jam or regular Ludum Dare!
