Thought I’d post my tools in case I do enter:
Language/Libraries: Java (Possibly using some LWJGL features, unlikely)
IDE: Eclipse
Pre-existing Code: My core code for loading, storing and double buffering images in Java (EDIT: Scrap this, I shall rewrite a new more efficient piece of code during the compo!)
Graphics: Paint.NET/GIMP
Sound Effects/Music: Audacity

I think that if you’re going to make pre-existing code(like building upon your own code), you need to make it available, up for download or something. I think it works like that. Good luck if you do enter, though! This will be my first time, too!
