{"author_name":"Per","cat":"LD #23","comments":[],"epoch":1335135720,"likes":1,"metadata":{"p_key":"56461","p_author":"Per","p_authorkey":"6781","p_urlkey":"92206","p_title":"\u201cDone\u201d!!!","p_cat":"LD #23","p_event":"LD23","p_time":"1335135720","p_likes":"1","p_comments":"0","p_status":"UPD5","us_key":"6781","us_name":"Per","us_username":"krasse","event_start":"1334880000","event_key":"10","event_name":"LD23"},"text":"<p>Well, not really something to be proud of but I have learned a lot this weekend.<\/p>\n <p>This was my first as3 game ever, which was a really stupid thing to do for LD <img src=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/simple-smile.png\" alt=\":)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/><br \/>\n I tried to use the engine &#8220;Away 3D&#8221;, which I thought would solve my problems with the graphics, but it was not very smart since I couldn&#8217;t\/didn&#8217;t have time to figure out how to solve the obvious z-fightning problems.<br \/>\n Also, I decided to do a lot of things procedurally: The ground mesh mess and placement of objects finally worked but it really needed a lot of debugging time. Everything pops up now but is kind of cool anyway <img src=\"http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/simple-smile.png\" alt=\":)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/><\/p>\n <p>I should have stayed with my familiar JS framework and Netbeans.<\/p>\n <p><a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfl.net\/c\/7fbr\">Play the game here!<\/a><\/p>\n <p><a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfl.net\/c\/7fbr\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.springworldgames.com\/ld23\/screenshot_1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>","time":"April 22nd, 2012 6:02 pm","title":"\u201cDone\u201d!!!"}
