Let me know when it does and when it does not. Please let me know if you (know you) have XNA installed, and what version of Windows are you running.

Win7 x64

Runs with XNA Framework 4.0

After removing XNA i tried it, but it did NOT work (I will try again in a few minutes after restarting my Computer)

I do have XNA and it doesn’t work. Win 7 64x

It runs on all three, Vista, XP and Win7 with XNA installed, but does not work without XNA (which i think was your goal) on any of those
