Bit late, I know, but I finally figured something for this theme.

IDE: Visual Studio C++ 2010

Map Editor: Tiled

Art: Paint/.NET and PyxelEdit (maybe).

Sound: SFXR, not sure about music.

All I can remember at the moment, so TIME TO DANCE THE LUDUM DARE!
