Howdy People!<\/p>\n

This is the second ludum after i was aware of such a thing. So i can’t miss this one as well for one thing. I “love” game jams. I’m pretty much awake all day anyways, why not spend that time on creating a game. \":)\"<\/p>\n

As this is my first time, and i kinda’ have a bet about this with a friend, i’ll sail safe. So i will probably use:<\/p>\n

– AS3 with Flixel and Box2D if needed. (if i dare and try something in 3D, i’ll be using Unity most probably.)<\/p>\n

-FlashDevelop(or MonoDevelop in case i go with Unity) as IDE, or VIM for little editing works.<\/p>\n

-A pixel editor, pyxel edit, paint .net etc.<\/p>\n

-I might need GIMP too.<\/p>\n

-For sketches, inspirations i’ll most probably fool around with Alchemy(http:\/\/al.chemy.org\/<\/a>) and Harmony(http:\/\/mrdoob.com\/projects\/harmony\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

-I’ll Keep DAME ready just in case \u00a0if i need tilemaps.<\/p>\n

-About the music and SFX i’m not really sure how i will figure it. But BFXR seems popular around here, and i’ll probably try Audiotool(http:\/\/www.audiotool.com\/<\/a>)\u00a0for the theme and such.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately i don’t have some personal base that i use frequently yet, i would love to share one if i did. Hopefully i’ll be online on irc and twitter and try my best to be a helpful member of the community.<\/p>\n

Lastly i wish for an inspirational, and game-friendly :P, theme so we could see over a thousand entries.<\/p>\n
